Like a jam band playing Red Rocks or having a beer spilled on you at the Larimer Lounge, some things in Denver music are as bankable as the rising sun.
The pop-slanted Westword Music Showcase, which takes over Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood for the 24th year on June 23, is becoming one of them.
The music festival announced six headliners today that will join 100 local bands on 12 stages. Galantis, Bonobo, The Front Bottoms, Joywave, Magic Giant and Sunflower Bean will play the festival’s two outdoor main stages, on what’s hopefully a beautiful Saturday in Denver.
Tickets to the 2018 Westword Music Showcase go on sale March 6 at 10 a.m. Tickets are $25-$95 via . The first 2,000 tickets will sell for $25.
