Troy Terry made sure the defending NCAA hockey champion Denver Pioneers would live to play another night in their best-of-three National Collegiate Hockey Conference playoff series at Magness Arena.

Terry scored twice in the third period Saturday night to give the Pioneers a 3-2 win over Colorado College, tying the series 1-1.

Game 3 will be Sunday night at Magness Arena.
