Velorama Colorado, the Denver music-and-bicycle festival that launched last year, had , but it’s ready to get back on its bike for another try this summer.
Its marquee race will return, but for those of us that don’t know a velodrome from the music lineup might be the most interesting part of the equation. On Wednesday, the festival offered a peek at the roster for its 2018 festival, which comes to RiNo Aug. 17-19.
This year’s event sports a varied set of acts, featuring Glass Animals, Cold War Kids, Vince Staples, Matt And Kim, Rainbow Kitten Surprise and The Kills. And that’s just the start: The festival will release additional acts as summer draws near.
A limited amount of early-bird tickets for the 2018 Velorama Colorado will go on sale at 10 a.m. on March 16 via . Those will cost you $90 for all three days of the festival — 40 percent less than the walk-up price of the pass.
Last year’s Velorama Colorado featured Wilco, Death Cab for Cutie, The New Pornographers and more.
