Quarterback Case Keenum arrived at the Broncos’ training facility Thursday to sign his new two-year contract. He also selected a jersey, because the No. 7 he wore in Minnesota wasn’t an option in Denver.
John Elway’s number will remain retired.

Instead, Keenum announced Thursday after signing his new contract at the Broncos’ facility, that he will wear jersey No. 4.

Seven players have donned No. 4 in Broncos history. The most recent was backup quarterback Austin Davis, who is now with the Seattle Seahawks. Before him, punter Britton Colquitt wore the number.
