Four suspects were arrested and 900 illegal marijuana plants seized Wednesday in El Paso County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Federal and local law enforcement officers executed search warrants on illegal marijuana cultivation at several locations, including three in unincorporated El Paso County, three in Colorado Springs and one in Fountain, according to a news release.

The four suspects arrested were identified as Yohandi Vasallo-Cruz, 26; Didier De La Riva-Gil, 38; Yunierqui Crespo-Pena, 32; and Geordano Ramos-Viera, 28; according to the sheriff’s office. The suspects were taken to the El Paso County jail and booked on illegal marijuana charges.
