An Amber Alert that was issued Saturday night for a missing two-year-old has since been cancelled.
The Colorado State Patrol said the boy has been found but is in the hospital with critical injuries.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said that the initial suspect person and vehicle were unrelated.
