Bundle up. Friday’s home opener for the Colorado Rockies might be the coldest in club history, as temperatures at Coors Field are expected to be around 40 degrees when the first pitch is delivered at 2:10 p.m. Gates at Coors Field will open at noon with pregame ceremonies, including a flyover by four F-16s from Buckley Air Force Base, starting at 1:20 p.m.

Here’s a look at the 5 coldest and warmest home openers in Rockies history.
