Have you ever wanted to but couldn’t find a parking spot, or wish you could just get dropped off at a trail head and not go through the parking hassle? In an effort to encourage outdoor activity, REI Co-Op is partnering with Lyft to offer discounted rides to a few of the most popular outdoor spaces around Denver.
Through April 15, visitors to the can receive a promo code worth $5 off a ride to a park or some other outdoor space. In addition, 75 people who take advantage of the promo code will win the prize of attending an REI “concert under the stars” with a guest in May. Participating spaces include Green Mountain Park, Chimney Gulch, Red Rocks, Apex Park, Matthews/Winters Park, Cherry Creek State Park, Ruby Hill Park, Washington Park, City Park and Sloan’s Lake Park
Denver is one of six metro areas in the program, which also will be offered in Atlanta, the San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, Washington D.C. and Raleigh-Durham, N.C.
