Aurora police are trying to identify an SUV driver who struck and killed a pedestrian early Monday morning before fleeing the scene.
The collision happened at 1:24 a.m. in the intersection of Colfax Avenue and Clinton Street, according to an Aurora police news release by Kevin Deischsel.
The suspected hit-and-run vehicle is described as a white SUV.
The cause of the fatal accident is under investigation.
