The Boulder Reservoir swim area will be closed until at least noon Friday because of elevated bacteria levels.
Increased bacteria levels can be attributed to wild animals in the area.
The area will be reopened once bacteria levels return to acceptable levels. The closure does not include boating, waterskiing, fishing or picnicking.
