The Ault Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a woman missing since March.
In a news release Wednesday, Ault police referred to the disappearance of Rebecca Anne Smith, 34, as “suspicious in nature.”
Chief Rich Strang said Smith’s family has not been able to contact her since March, something they say is out of the ordinary. Her family has been able to make contact only with someone who will not allow them to speak with Smith, Strang said.
Strang said he was unsure whether Smith was in danger.
