

Alright hockey fans, the Colorado Avalanche’s 2018-19 training camp begins today with player medicals and physicals. Training camp for the Avs will run through Sept. 17 with players being on ice the last four days of camp.
The Avs will take to the ice starting Friday in two groups, Group 1 from 8:45 a.m.- 10:15 a.m. and Group 2 from 10:45 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. There are in total 54 players on the camp roster with 31 forwards, 18 defensemen and five goalies. All of the practices being held at Family Sports Center in Centennial are open to the public on a first come basis.
Training camp schedule at Family Sports Center
Friday: Group 1 from 8:45 a.m.- 10:15 a.m. and Group 2 from 10:45 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
Saturday: Group 2 from 8:45 a.m.- 10:15 a.m. and Group 1 10:45 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
Sunday: Friday: Group 1 from 8:45 a.m.- 10:15 a.m. and Group 2 from 10:45 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
Monday: Group 2 from 8:45 a.m.- 10:15 a.m. and Group 1 10:45 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
