“Last year, ..Chang‘s served nearly 93,000 sushi rolls across the country on Free Sushi Day,” Dwayne Chambers, ..Chang‘s chief marketing officer, said in a press release. “This year, we hope to surpass 100,000.”
Other sushi favorites include the Kung Pao Dragon Roll, Lobster Avocado Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll.
