Getting your player ready...

Alright apountry, rookie running back Phillip Lindsay has been a standout running back for Denver this season and one could say, has stolen the hearts of fans early on. Lindsay made headlines earlier this season after he reached out to get the OK from Broncos Hall of Famer Terrell Davis to wear his No. 30.

Fans seemed to have a mixed reaction to this news as TD has a special place in Denver, bringing two Super Bowl titles to town. You are either against the idea of Lindsay rocking TD’s old No. 30 because you think it should be retired by the Broncos, or you are for it and love seeing No. 30 back on the field. I can see both sides of this argument, but feel Davis’ No. 30 should be retired by the Broncos. Lindsay could honor TD another way, with the classic Mile High Salute from years past.

This did get me thinking of the other great Broncos that are in the Ring of Fame. Who deserves to have their number retired more? Randy Gradishar (53),Karl Mecklenburg (77), Steve Atwater (27),Rod Smith (80),Shannon Sharpe (84), Champ Bailey (24) orTerrell Davis (30)?
