A judge ruled there was enough evidence to charge a Boulder County man with the June murder of his wife at a mobile home park.

Scott Jones, 47, had a preliminary hearing Wednesday on his first-degree murder charge in the death of his wife, Deborah De Pinto, and Boulder District Judge Ingrid Bakke ruled prosecutors had enough evidence to move the case to trial and to continue holding Jones without bond.
Jones is now set for an arraignment on Jan. 11, 2019, and Boulder Deputy District Attorney Adam Kendall told Bakke he anticipated the case being set for trial at that time, indicating a plea is not on the table.
De Pinto, 44, was found unresponsive in the office of the Ponderosa Mobile Home Park at 4475 N. Broadway on the night of June 18.
She was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
