Authorities closed Interstate 70 in both directions at its intersection with Interstate 25 in Denver for about an hour Tuesday afternoon after a four-vehicle crash.
Denver police received a call about the crash at 1:21 p.m. and the interstate reopened just after 2:30 p.m. A Denver police spokesman said no serious injuries had been reported, but investigators were sill working to find out what happened.
A separate two-vehicle crash closed Park Avenue Tuesday afternoon at the road’s intersection with Interstate 25, police said.
Serious injuries were reported in that crash, which happened about 1:18 p.m. The road remained closed at 2:30 p.m.
UPDATE: All lanes have reopened in the area of I-70 and southbound I-25 following a 4-vehicle crash.
