Amid snow flurries and a temperature in the mid-30s, the Broncos returned to the practice field today.

Not participating in the non-padded workout:
CB Adam Jones (hamstring). Hurt in Sunday’s first half and labeled as “day to day” on Monday by coach Vance Joseph.
RT Jared Veldheer (knee). Expected to miss his second consecutive game.
S Darian Stewart (undisclosed). Wasn’t on Joseph’s Monday injury report, but did leave locker room Sunday at the Meadowlands with a wrap around his lower leg.

The Broncos own the NFL’s best home record during owner Pat Bowlen’s tenure (since 1984) at 213-82 (.720). However, Denver split its home schedule last season (4-4). The Broncos are so far 2-1 inside Mile High this year.
