Friday and weekend temperatures will be well above normal for this time of the year, but just when Denverites get used to the balmy weather, a cold front along with snow will arrive in Denver in time for Halloween, forecasters say.
It’ll be mostly sunny Friday with a high of 67 degrees. Saturday will be even warmer, with a high of 73 degrees, which is 12 degrees above normal.
The unusually warm temperatures will continue through Monday, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
Sunny and mild today with highs reaching into the mid-60s on the plains and 40s-50s in the mountains. Gusty winds by the afternoon on the plains. Warm weather continues through weekend with cool down by next week!

A cold front will enter Colorado on Tuesday. First, it will rain Tuesday afternoon. By nightfall the rain will turn to snow, the NWS says.
The high temperature on Tuesday will be 52.
But on Halloween, the temperature will plummet to 29 degrees. Snow will continue through the early morning hours.
On Halloween, the temperature isn’t expected to rise above 47 degrees as miniature witches and goblins go out trick-or-treating.
