Mexican federal agents have arrested a murder suspect in Mexico in the death of an 18-year-old woman whose body was discovered in an Aurora motel in July of 2017.
Arturo Garcia was deported to the U.S. and is being held in the Dallas County Jail on a first-degree murder charge, according to a news release by the Aurora Police Department.

Garcia allegedly killed Alexandrea Raber at about 10 a.m. on July 2, 2017, at the Knights Inn Motel, 14200 E. 6th Ave., the news release says.
Colorado authorities have initiated extradition proceedings to bring Garcia back to Colorado.
