Westbound Interstate 70 was closed over Vail Pass for about and hour Tuesday morning due to several vehicle crashes.
The crash happened at mile marker 184, according to an 8:22 a.m. tweet by the Colorado Department of Transportation.
The highway, which was closed at mile marker 190, reopened just before 9:45 a.m., the highway department said.
