Law enforcement officers from 37 states joined the funeral procession for Colorado State Patrol Cpl. Dan Groves on Thursday in Longmont. The procession was headed to LifeBridge Church in Longmont for the corporal’s funeral. He was killed March 13 after being struck by a car while helping a stranded motorist on I-76 in Weld County during a blizzard.
