Wait just a minute,  Another regional favorite is expanding to Colorado Springs first, and it will also be serving guilty-pleasure meals inside a development off the interstate.

On April 24,  will start dishing out Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes and pouring Dirty Drunken Chai cocktails at 7587 N. Academy Blvd. in the Chapel Hills development, seven miles southeast of the Air Force Academy.

For anyone paying attention, that’s five miles south of In-N-Out Burger’s , which is not arriving until 2020.

One day in the not-so-distant future, the two stops could even be done in tandem — if you’re up for it.

The expansion marks the Denver-based chain’s 36th location. It already flips the flapjacks locally in Boulder, Fort Collins and the , and in other states including California, Texas and Arizona.

While the brunch spot boasts a large menu with sweet, savory and healthy options, its reputation could sometimes be more about the experience than the food. Hungry Snoozers have been know to wait in line for hours just to break into a burrito or slip into a syrupy sensation.

In addition to bringing mascarpone-stuffed French toast and pork green chili Benedicts to north Colorado Springs mall-goers, Snooze will offer them a dog-friendly patio, too.

“Opening in Colorado Springs was always part of our plan, and it was simply a matter of finding the right spot,” Snooze CEO David Birzon said in a release.
