Although itap known as one of Colorado’s most iconic concert venues, Red Rocks organizes group workouts, too. This summer will mark the sixth season of , which typically sells out with 2,000 participants for workouts that run from 7 to 8 a.m. on Saturdays, and the second season of . New this year will be a series of four workouts in the fall focused on ski and snowboard conditioning.

“Everybody likes being able to tune up their bodies for ski season, so we have contracted with a group thatap going to help us do some things using the amphitheatre, especially the stairs,” said Red Rocks spokesman Brian Kitts.

“Itap different than yoga where everybody is sort of spread out all over the amphitheatre with one person on stage. The ski and snowboard program is going to be more of a circuit-based program where small groups will move to different areas throughout the amphitheatre in order to participate in different types of workout activities.”

There are two sessions of Yoga on the Rocks, one running four Saturdays in June, the other the last two Saturdays in July and first two in August. Barre on the Rocks is slated for July 13. The “SnowShape Pre-Season Tune-Up” is set for the last two Saturdays in September and first two in October.
