The day has finally come, Day 1 of the 2019 NFL draft is here.

With the Denver Broncos sitting at No. 10 in the first round, there is plenty to be excited about in apountry.

There are a number different directions Elway and Co. can go in, and one option would be selecting a quarterback with that pick. Denver Post columnist Mark Kiszla wrote a piece on this earlier in the week, about how Elway shouldn’t take a quarterback with the selection and made some good points. You can give the full column a read here.

If they do select a QB with the 10th pick, it would likely be Ohio State’s Dwayne Haskins.

Haskins made an appearance on “The Dan Patrick Show” on Wednesday to chat about the upcoming NFL draft. While on the show he made a point of letting the Broncos and three other teams know he would like to be drafted by them.

When asked what player his game is most similar to, Haskins mentioned the Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon.

On draft night, Haskins isn’t going to be the only winner in his family as his first purchase after for his mom.
