Several Broncos who missed last month’s voluntary minicamp will remain out or limited when organized team activities start on Monday.

Following Sunday’s final rookie camp practice, coach said receiver (torn Achilles last Dec. 5) will not participate. Guard Ron Leary (torn Achilles last Oct. 14) and running back (wrist injury last Dec. 24 that required surgery) will be limited.

“On a full-time basis, no,” Fangio said. “They’ll be doing some other stuff.”

Fangio said tight end (torn ACL last Sept. 27) won’t be full go, “but he’ll be doing stuff. You’ll see him early in practice doing things.”

Cornerback Bryce Callahan (foot injury last Dec. 9 while playing for Chicago) will be a full participant and Fangio said cornerback Isaac Yiadom (offseason shoulder surgery) “will be a little bit limited the first week, but by the second week, he should be going full.”

Jones “everywhere.” That was third-round defensive lineman Dre’Mont Jones’ answer when asked where he practiced this weekend. Jones was among a four-man defensive end/tackle group during rookie camp, joined by Jaylen Johnson and tryout players Shane Roy and Deyon Sizer.

At 281 pounds, Jones projects as a base-down end behind and and potentially an interior pass rusher on third down.

“The first couple of days are very lightning(-like),” Jones said. “I’m having a good time and doing a good job of just adjusting.”

Leaning on Lindsay. Sixth-round receiver Juwann Winfree said he is “pretty close” with former Colorado/new Broncos teammate Phillip Lindsay. They also have the same agent (Mike McCartney).

“(Lindsay) always believed he could be a top running back in the league and that he could be a player,” Winfree said. “He always had faith in himself. Even undrafted, he came in with that same attitude and thatap something I’m trying to do myself.”

Footnotes. For the third consecutive day, all 47 players participated in practice. … First-round tight end Noah Fant said practicing this weekend will help when OTAs start Monday. “Itap a good way to get your feet wet,” he said. “I’m definitely looking forward to getting out there with the vets — (there are) a lot of great players on this team and there’s going to be a lot of good competition.” … Fangio said rookie Dalton Risner will work at left guard this week during OTAs. … Fangio on the rookie camp: “We got a lot of great work in. Everybody got a lot of reps, got a lot of meeting time and walkthrough (time). Those guys are much more prepared now to partake in OTAs.”
