LIV Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes Heuer and Teaney to leadership team

LIV Sotheby’s International Realty — the leader in Colorado real estate — announced new leadership with the strategic appointments of Heather Heuer as senior vice president of operations and Nicole Teaney as director of people and culture.

“Heather and Nicole are exciting additions to the leadership team and will help us take the firm to the next level in terms of supporting all of the staff and brokers with enhanced internal resources,” said LIV Sotheby’s International Realty president Scott Webber. “Both come to us with an esteemed background and a strong passion for the real estate industry.”

As the senior vice president of operations, Heuer will be responsible for the innovation, implementation and oversight of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s programs and processes. Her experience as president and employing broker for PorchLight Real Estate Group will be an asset as she creates end-to-end solutions for brokers, managers and staff. Combined with her levelheaded approach, Heuer fosters an environment of professionalism and respect and will bring outstanding vision and results to LIV SIR.

Notable career highlights for Heuer include serving as the 2018-19 Denver Metro Association of Realtors chairwoman and being honored as the 2018 DMAR Broker/Manager of the Year. In addition, she is currently an expert witness for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office.

Teaney brings nearly three decades of expertise to her role as director of people and culture. Throughout her career — which includes human resources management, recruiting and business development — is a common thread of discovering talent, building connections and creating opportunities. Along with an emphasis on excellence, integrity and delivering the highest level of service and customer care, Teaney’s primary focus is to act as the liaison to brokers and staff while cultivating a culture of inclusivity and open communication.
