
U.S. Rep. Ken Buck was reportedly taken to a Washington, D.C.-area hospital Wednesday after reporting chest pains, but he is believed to be all right.
The eastern Colorado congressman texted a thumbs-up emoji Wednesday afternoon when asked by The Denver Post if he was OK. His office did not respond to requests for additional information.
The Windsor Republican felt pains while at a congressional baseball practice, according to . The annual charity game between Democrats and Republicans will be played June 26.

Buck, who is also chair of the Colorado Republican Party, battled lymphoma in 2013 but told supporters later that year his cancer was in remission. He went ahead with a 2014 political run, first for U.S. Senate and then, after changing course, for the U.S. House seat he now occupies.
