The funeral procession and memorial service for Colorado State Patrol Trooper William Modén began at 9 a.m. Friday in Cherry Hills Village.
Modén was killed Friday night when he was struck by a vehicle on Interstate 70 while he was investigating an unrelated crash. The driver who hit him has not been publicly identified.
