Michael Porter Jr. was always going to be the headliner. Now we know the rest of his Summer League teammates, and it won’t include recent second-round pick Bol Bol.
The Nuggets released their Summer League roster on Friday afternoon, and there were few surprises.
Bol was drafted 44th overall in last week’s draft, but his name did not appear on the roster for the tournament set for July 5-15 at Cox Pavilion and the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

Holdovers from last year’s roster include , and Brandon Goodwin. Also on the roster will be Slovenian forward Vlatko Cancar, who has played in the Spanish league since 2018. He was selected by the Nuggets with the 49th overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft and played with the Summer League team last year.
Other notable names include Jordan Davis, a local product from Northern Colorado; Jae’sean Tate from Ohio State and Kenny Goins from Michigan State. Jordi Fernandez will coach the team.
