Denver police are investigating an early Friday morning fatal shooting in southwest Denver as a homicide.
The shooting happened in the 2500 block of South Patton Court in the Harvey Park neighborhood, according to a 3:05 a.m. Denver police tweet.
The shooting victim, who has not been identified, was taken to a hospital for treatment and was later pronounced dead.
No information is available about any possible suspects.
