Denver police have shut down eastbound Mississippi Avenue at Shoshone Street for an accident investigation following a Thursday morning auto-pedestrian collision during rush hour.
The victim was seriously injured in the crash, according to an 8:12 a.m. Denver police tweet. The age and gender of the victim has not been released.
Traffic delays are anticipated during Thursday morning’s commute.
