Palmer Ridge easily put away Sand Creek by a score of 59-8 on Friday, Sept. 20.
Palmer Ridge quarterback Anthony Roberson ii led the passing attack with 113 yards through the air. Roberson ii also added 87 yards on the ground. Palmer Ridge’s leading receiver was Marcellus Reed, who caught one pass for 73 yards.
Raef Ruel paced the Palmer Ridge ground attack by accumulating 148 yards in the game, averaging 9.9 yards per carry.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Palmer Ridge heading to play Pueblo South and Sand Creek taking on Hinkley.
