Regis Jesuit earned a win when they beat Mullen 30-21 on Friday, Sept. 20.

Nicco Marchiol led Regis Jesuit’s aerial attack with 180 yards through the air, tossing two touchdowns without an interception. Marchiol also added 28 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Bryce Sloan lead all Regis Jesuit receivers with four catches for 73 yards. Clay Nanke got in on the action in the passing game as well, grabbing three balls for 56 yards and one touchdown.

David Dody spearheaded the Regis Jesuit ground game by gaining 112 yards in the contest, averaging 5.9 yards per carry.

Kyle Remington led Mullen’s aerial attack with 163 yards through the air, tossing two touchdowns with no interceptions. Mullen’s leading receiver was Ben Marcoux, who caught seven passes for 110 yards and one score.

Damien Cearns spearheaded the Mullen ground game by gaining 119 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 9.2 yards per carry.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Regis Jesuit heading to play Horizon and Mullen taking on Grandview.
