Plateau Valley couldn’t quite keep up with a potent West Grand squad, losing by a score of 42-6 on Saturday, Sept. 21.
Jakob Buller led West Grand’s passing attack with 159 yards through the air. Buller also added 64 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Jesus Dominguez lead all West Grand receivers with two catches for 55 yards and one score.
Rene Dominguez spearheaded the West Grand ground game by finishing with 192 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 10.7 yards per carry.
Justice Kuper led Plateau Valley’s passing attack with 61 yards through the air. Kuper also added 59 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Tallen Long lead all Plateau Valley receivers with zero catches for 0 yards.
Emmet Kuper lead the Plateau Valley rushing attack by accumulating 113 yards in the game, averaging 14.1 yards per carry.
Next up for each team, West Grand will stay home and play Vail Christian, while Plateau Valley will travel to play Hayden.
