ThunderRidge handed Doherty a loss in a 24-7 showdown on Thursday.
Brent Huber led ThunderRidge’s passing attack with 152 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown with no interceptions. Huber also added 147 yards and one touchdown on the ground. ThunderRidge’s leading receiver was Chris Franquemont, who caught seven passes for 92 yards and one score.
ThunderRidge was lead by Lucas Fish and his 68 yards in the contest, averaging 6.2 yards per carry.
Daymond Hill lead the Doherty rushing attack by racking up 47 yards in the contest, averaging 6.7 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with ThunderRidge hosting Mountain Vista and Doherty taking on Douglas County.
