Thornton easily defeated Littleton by a score of 46-6 on Friday.

Thornton quarterback Ethan Gonzales led the passing attack with 107 yards through the air, throwing two touchdowns and two interceptions. Thornton’s leading receiver was Robert Banks, who caught five passes for 47 yards and one score.

Thornton’s rushing game was spearheaded by Christopher (JR) William who ran for 91 yards and two touchdowns in the game, averaging 15.2 yards per carry. William also tacked on 32 receiving yards and one touchdown. Miles Poole added 51 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 5.1 yards per carry.

Littleton will stay home and play Frederick, while Thornton will travel to play Kennedy.
