Kennedy couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Thompson Valley squad, losing by a score of 42-13 on Thursday, Sept. 26.

Isaac Sisneros powered Kennedy’s passing attack with 169 yards through the air, tossing two touchdowns and one interception. Albert Ursetta lead all Kennedy receivers with five receptions for 82 yards and two scores. Shawn Salazar got in on the action in the passing game as well, catching two passes for 78 yards.

Kennedy’s ground game was paced by Elias Horta who tallied 48 yards in the game, averaging 4 yards per carry.

Next up for each team, Kennedy will stay home and play Thornton, while Thompson Valley will travel to play Thomas Jefferson.
