Four people were shot early in an incident early Sunday morning in Adams County and taken to local hospitals, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
Two victims sustained life-threatening injuries, the sheriff’s office said on Facebook on Sunday night.
Deputies responded to a call of shots fired at 1:45 a.m. in the 7100 block of Ruth Way, according to Sgt. Paul Gregory of the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
More than 100 people were fleeing from a large gathering when deputies arrived, the sheriff’s office said on Facebook.
The investigation is ongoing, the sheriff’s office added.
