Palmer Ridge couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Pine Creek squad, losing by a score of 49-28 on Saturday.

Gavin Herberg powered Pine Creek’s passing attack with 55 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown and two interceptions. Herberg also added 38 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Pine Creek’s leading receiver was Braden Kramer, who caught one pass for 25 yards and one score.

David “dm3” moore iii spearheaded the Pine Creek ground game by gaining 353 yards and four touchdowns in the game, averaging 11.8 yards per carry. Spencer Peterson added 96 yards on the ground, averaging 12 yards per carry.

Palmer Ridge quarterback Luke Mcallister led the passing attack with 332 yards through the air, tossing three touchdowns and one interception. Luke Mcallister’s most prolific receiver in the contest was Anthony Roberson ii, who caught four passes for 160 yards and one score.

Raef Ruel paced all Palmer Ridge rushers with 45 yards and one touchdown in the game. Ruel also tacked on 83 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Palmer Ridge will stay home and play Lutheran, while Pine Creek will travel to play Cheyenne Mountain.
