The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a man whose body was discovered Monday by workers who were inspecting a ditch line.
The body was found just before noon in the Farmers Ditch, near the 4800 block of North 26th Street, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
“It appears that the body had been there for some time,” the release said. The body is believed to be that of a man, who was in his 50s or 60s.
The cause and manner of death and identification will be determined by the Boulder County Coroner’s Office.
