Skyview couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Conifer squad, losing by a score of 48-0 on Friday, Oct. 4.
J.R. Hart led Conifer’s passing attack with 124 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown and one interception. Sam Horneck lead all Conifer receivers with two catches for 52 yards and one score.
Noah Wagner lead the Conifer rushing game by running for 175 yards and four touchdowns in the game, averaging 21.9 yards per carry. Sam Dunivan added 62 yards and one touchdown on the ground, averaging 15.5 yards per carry. Gunner Truby contributed 59 yards , averaging 8.4 yards per carry, in addition to 30 receiving yards.
Brian Guevara lead the Skyview rushing attack by accumulating 37 yards in the game, averaging 4.6 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Conifer hosting Green Mountain and Skyview taking on Mead.
