Arvada West couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Ralston Valley squad, losing by a score of 49-7 on Friday, Oct. 4 at NAAC .

Walker Brickle led Ralston Valley’s aerial attack with 174 yards through the air. Caleb Rillos lead all Ralston Valley receivers with five receptions for 93 yards and two scores. Devin Mcnearny got involved in the passing game as well, catching two balls for 63 yards and two touchdowns.

Ralston Valley’s ground game was spearheaded by Chase Wilson who accrued 50 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 5 yards per carry.

Arvada West quarterback Evan Hurlburt led the passing attack with 65 yards through the air. Arvada West’s leading receiver was Bradlee Wallen, who caught four passes for 45 yards.

Elijah Olson paced all Arvada West rushers with 33 yards in the contest, averaging 16.5 yards per carry.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Ralston Valley heading to play Mullen and Arvada West taking on Pomona.
