Resurrection Christian easily defeated Berthoud by a score of 41-0 on Friday, Oct. 4 at @Severance High School.
Buck Coors led Resurrection Christian’s passing attack with 151 yards through the air, tossing two touchdowns with no interceptions. Coors also added 57 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Coors’ most prolific target in the contest was Sawyer Shepherd, who caught seven passes for 115 yards.
Cade Dunlap spearheaded the Resurrection Christian rushing attack by finishing with 59 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 14.8 yards per carry.
Tristan Youngblood led Berthoud’s passing attack with 47 yards through the air. Shawn Phipps lead all Berthoud receivers with one reception for 42 yards.
Berthoud’s rushing attack was paced by Cooper Hidalgo who racked up 31 yards in the game, averaging 31 yards per carry.
Berthoud will play host to Prospect Ridge Academy, while Resurrection Christian will travel to play University.
