Fort Morgan won by just a single point over Roosevelt on Friday.
Braeden Saya led Roosevelt’s passing attack with 140 yards through the air, throwing three touchdowns and one interception. Tucker Peterson lead all Roosevelt receivers with two receptions for 50 yards and two scores.
Roosevelt’s rushing attack was lead by JT Baughman who accrued 97 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 4.6 yards per carry. Baughman also tacked on 46 receiving yards. Cooper Walton added 90 yards on the ground, averaging 9 yards per carry.
Roosevelt will stay home and play Thompson Valley, while Fort Morgan will travel to play Northridge.
