John Mall couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Peyton squad, losing by a score of 41-8 on Friday, Oct. 11.
Brandon Hussey spearheaded the Peyton ground game by running for 170 yards and three touchdowns in the contest, averaging 12.1 yards per carry. West Hart added 69 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 8.6 yards per carry.
John Mall’s rushing game was lead by Francisco Figueroa and his 29 yards on five carries.
Peyton will play host to Rocky Ford, while John Mall will travel to play Crowley County.
