Fossil Ridge narrowly lost to Rocky Mountain in a 17-14 contest on Friday, Oct. 11.

Giles Pooler led Rocky Mountain’s passing attack with 97 yards through the air. Rocky Mountain’s leading receiver was Holden Lefke, who caught three passes for 44 yards.

Rocky Mountain’s ground attack was lead by Sean Kidd who racked up 109 yards and two touchdowns in the contest, averaging 4.2 yards per carry.

Fossil Ridge quarterback Brandt Bachelet led the passing attack with 133 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown and one interception. Bachelet also added one touchdown on the ground. Garrett Burns lead all Fossil Ridge receivers with five receptions for 53 yards.

Ryan Bejcek lead all Fossil Ridge rushers with 36 yards in the contest, averaging 6 yards per carry.

Fossil Ridge will stay home and play Fairview, while Rocky Mountain will travel to play Legacy.
