Sanford easily defeated Mancos by a score of 52-24 on Friday, Oct. 11.
Mancos quarterback Breccen Morelli led the passing attack with 69 yards through the air. Morelli also added 103 yards and one touchdown on the ground.
Mancos’ rushing attack was paced by Chase Moore who racked up 135 yards and three touchdowns in the contest, averaging 5.2 yards per carry. Moore also tacked on 38 receiving yards.
Next up for each team, Mancos will play host to Norwood, while Sanford will travel to play Del Norte.
