Woodland Park couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Lamar squad, losing by a score of 56-19 on Friday.

Colin Kucera powered Woodland Park’s passing attack with 230 yards through the air, throwing three touchdowns and four interception. Woodland Park’s leading receiver was Bryson Cox, who caught four passes for 128 yards and three scores. Tyler Baldus got involved in the passing game as well, hauling in five passes for 86 yards.

Matias Lopez lead the Woodland Park rushing attack by racking up 42 yards in the contest, averaging 6 yards per carry.

Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Lamar hosting La Junta and Woodland Park taking on Manitou Springs.
