After Denver saw 6.7 inches of snow from a storm that rolled through Sunday and Monday, a second snowstorm is currently blanketing the Front Range, with 1.2 inches already reported in Denver this morning. And thatap not all: This storm, continuing into Wednesday, is estimated to drop another 8 to 12 inches on the city, according to the National Weather Service.
And of course, with slick roads and a third straight day of snow come cancellations and closures. Check back throughout the day as we update this list of concert and event cancellations, along with closures at arts and culture organizations throughout the city.

However, that hasn’t stopped Nick and Luci — two of the City Park institution’s sea lions — from enjoying “a nice relaxing soak in their heated pool.”
It might be a chilly 20°F this morning, but our California sea lions, Nick and Luci, are enjoying a nice relaxing soak in their heated pool. So enjoy this video, because due to today's snowy weather, Denver Zoo is closed for the day.
