Rock Canyon couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Castle View squad, losing by a score of 28-7 on Friday, Oct. 25.
Johnny Colombi led Castle View’s passing attack with 90 yards through the air.
Zane Wodark paced the Castle View ground attack by running for 136 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 11.3 yards per carry. Wodark also tacked on 79 receiving yards and one touchdown. Jordan Jackson added 59 yards and one touchdown on the ground, averaging 7.4 yards per carry.
In addition to Vann Schield’s effort, Brendan Biondino paced the Rock Canyon ground attack by accumulating 107 yards in the contest.
Rock Canyon will play host to Mountain Vista, while Castle View will travel to play ThunderRidge.
